Site Service Engineer

Hygiene Pro Clean is a nationwide and international manufacturer and decontamination service provider. We manufacture our Ultrasonic Atomiser delivery system and deliver anti-bacterial and anti-viral decontamination services, products, and training to a wide range of public, emergency service and private sector businesses, leaving workforces, vehicles and buildings protected and safe from any known pathogen.

The Role

To deliver, train, work with and lead site-based projects for system implementation, decontamination, deep cleaning and infection control services and products.

Work as part of and supervise a team of service engineers and contribute to the execution of our service and support strategy by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost-effective service offerings, solutions, and projects to the customer.

Execute service work according to work instructions and in accordance with company standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the cleaning services to the agreed specification and service standard required by all contracts, measured by both qualitative and financial targets

  • Performs Service tasks as allocated and to the highest standard from delivery through to obtaining signed certificate of completion

  • Allocate, drive and monitor work to projects based on work content, delivery time and competencies.

  • Effectively utilises available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets

  • Deliver product training, awareness and assess candidate competency

  • Create an environment that allows all customers and employees to develop and succeed

  • Drives and monitors service execution with respect to the agreed terms of schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction

  • To ensure a safe working environment for yourself and all site employees

  • Ensure ethical behaviour in line with our code of conduct

  • Ensures planning and execution of various Service activities are carried out on site

  • Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and in good working order

  • Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative

  • Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed

  • Ensures compliance with business health & safety and environmental directives and assesses risks and safety. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.

  • Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organised and supervised

  • Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service

  • Responsive to customer requests

  • Ensure deadlines are fully met and the customer is fully engaged

To enable you to manage the sites sufficiently, you will also be provided with a Company vehicle to visit your designated sites and a mobile phone to ensure you can communicate with clients/employees as required.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum for the right candidate.
