Business Development Manager

Hygiene Pro Clean are a progressive, new, and expanding company committed to providing unique hygiene, decontamination and deep cleaning products through innovative products and outstanding customer service.

A recently established business delivering turnkey systems for decontamination, infection control and remediation services, HPC are targeting aggressive year on year growth by providing a unique delivery system, a professional and high-quality service. To help drive planned progression, we are looking to recruit a Regional Business Development manager into an ambitious team. In this key role you will report to the Owner / Managing Director and be responsible for creating new business, supporting new contracts from award through to completion ensuring commercial performance. You will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in line with the business growth strategy.

Working as part of what will be a small team initially, you will be key in helping shape, form and deliver the vision for the business.

The Candidate:

·       Entrepreneurial & determined to sell successfully

  • Use a consultative approach to help identify key strategic objectives

  • Having a strong understating of business situations

  • Capability to balance the impact of factors such as people, processes, and strategies to benefit the business

  • Must be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target companies within a marketplace using independent research

  • Present key benefits while focusing on customer needs

  • Work closely with companies to understand their business and build rapport with them

  • Being the ambassador for the product and services

  • Leading continuous improvement

  • Drive sales performance and account profitability

  • Actively contribute to the operational strategy of the business

  • Relationship building and visiting clients

  • Supporting the award of new business

  • Work closely with the management team to understand and deliver on internal business requirements

  • Negotiate successful contracts

  • Demonstrate drive persistence, and strive to achieve growth targets

Further responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients

  • Utilise client feedback and take appropriate action

  • Complaint escalation and resolution

  • Responsible for being a positive advocate for the company

  • Performing regular customer service reviews to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all sites

  • Providing feedback on performance and to take responsibility for managing issues that may arise

The salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 full time per annum for the right candidate.
