To achieve “Effective Decontamination” and meet the decontamination efficacy to eradicate the pathogen, HPC provides three training levels. HPC is equipped to deliver its own unique in-house training solution to both the public and private sectors.
Hygiene Pro Clean (HPC) has learnt from many years’ experience as a leading business in the decontamination industry. Effective Decontamination is only possible when certain key elements are delivered together. These key elements include The Delivery System; The Chemicals / Reagent and The Methodology.
We train at entry Level 1 Technician, Level 2 Supervisor, and our Level 3 Train the Trainer program. All our courses are E2E. We don’t just train your teams and leave you to your own devices. We ensure that your teams and more importantly your business retains a Licence to Operate (LTO) to undertake safe, compliant, and lawful Sanitisation/Effective Decontamination operations.
All our courses involve post classroom and practical coaching, HPC will undertake a follow-up visit to your area of operations to undertake a competence audit, called the operational phase. HPC will provide support to assess and sign off your Licence to Operate and certify your trained Technicians.
Level 1 Technician Your HPC journey starts here! This is irrespective of what course you plan on attending or your position, this is a mandatory course for all. This one-day course introduces the delegate to microbiology, how the chemical works, legal obligations when undertaking Effective Decontamination operations and then the specialist qualification on the atomiser.
Level 2 Supervisor Course is delivered on-site with a focus on supervising Level 1 Technicians, mastering the legal obligations of the documentation and use of ATP meters to verify the cleanliness of the void. On completion of the theoretical and practical validation delegates will be trained. They only become certified once our HPC Auditors review their first job and award an HPC Licence to Operate.
Level 3 Train the Trainer Course is 2 days focussing on planning and delivering effective HPC atomiser training and toolbox talks to your employees concerning the safe employment of Effective Decontamination operations. On completion of the theoretical and practical validation delegates will be trained. They only become certified Trainers once our HPC Auditors review their first teaching session and can then award a HPC Licence to Operate as a Trainer.
