One of the three pillars of Hygiene Pro Cleans (HPC) elements for effective decontamination is the delivery system. Alongside the chemicals and method, the delivery system is a fundamental part of ensuring effective and successful decontamination.

HPC’s ultrasonic transducer mist maker compresses air through a uniquely designed nozzle at high velocities which produces a plume-shaped spray. The fine atomisation of the liquid guarantees an even distribution and minimises heavy wetting, overspray, and subsequent waste. The HPC Ultrasonic Atomiser ensures consistent quality over a wide flow range with ultra-fine mist between 10 to 15 microns. Depending on application, the spray pattern can be adjusted from a light foam to a light mist, the process can be manually or automatically controlled making it superior to most decontamination foggers on the market.
Unlike many decontamination foggers available, the HPC Ultrasonic Atomiser produces a fine mist that ensures the chemicals are able to disperse evenly and cover more surfaces; competitor foggers produce a dense mist that is difficult to control and doesn’t provide accurate and complete decontamination in the air or on surfaces. Typically, similar products available on the market produce droplets between 15 and 30 microns which substantially larger than the 10 to 15 microns the HPC Ultrasonic Atomiser produces.
To ensure the Ultrasonic Atomiser is accessible for multiple applications, HPC have developed several other products accessories to be used in conjunction with the unique technology making rapid decontamination easier to implement than ever. The first is a backpack that can be worn by a technician to deliver effective decontamination on the move. The Atomiser backpack has a fully adjustable harness and can hold 2 litre chemical cylinders. This is especially useful for those in the X fields.
The second is purpose made for decontaminating large areas, the Ultrasonic Atomiser trolly, holds 9 litres of our patented formulation and comes with a 240 Volt silent compressor as standard. Where mass sanitation or decontamination is required.
